First 5pp. filled-in in ms. in ink and with official stamps, with an original photo-portrait of bearer at tail of page 1, rest unused, 24pp. in total. table of contents printed on lower outer wrapper.
An original Identity- card and "laissez-passer", beare [Mrs.] Lacquaye (née Quisenaerts), a belgian nurse receiving consent travelling both in the Army- and Special zones at the Western Allied Front at the near end of the first world war, or Great War. A well-survived and interesting document.
