A "manual", informing dutch businessmen on the political situation in dutch colonnial Indonesia at the end of the dutch-indonesian dispute, 1945-1950. Supplying useful political and tactical instructions how to formulate their correspondence with foreign fellow businessment, in order not to avoid political issues that may damage their business contacts. It includes and article, printed after a public speech, as held by Harry D. Gideonse, pp. 13-16, presented by The Chicago Council on Foreign Relations under thet title "American Policy in Indonesia", in which speaker strongly favours the dutch political point-of-view, strongly opposing the Indonesia Revolution as it is infiltrated by Japanese and communist agitators. A curious publication indeed. Very good copy. Rare.
