Dutch language autobiographical compilation narrating author's captivity in some japanese concentration camps on Java during the occupation of Indonesia 1942-1945, which includes the bersiap period after the liberation in Surabaya. Author was interned as a small boy together with his sister, mother (who kept two diaries during captivity), his aunt and grandmother. Fine copy. (three signatures on ti.-p.).
